Bagara Rice in Rice Cooker
Ingredients:-
Basmati Rice - 2 cups(soaked)
Water - 4 cups
Oil - 1 tb spn
Whole Garam Masala
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Green chillies- 4 (slit)
Mint leaves- Handful
Curry leaves- 1 sprig
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tb spn
Salt - To Taste
In a pan add oil, whole garam masala, onions , salt and sauté till onions turn golden brown. Then add curry leaves, mint leaves, ginger garlic paste and toss it. In Rice Cooker and soaked basmati rice, measured water(1:2) rice to water .
Switch on the rice cooker and add the prepared onion masala to this and stir once.
Tasty and Quick Rice Cooker Basmati Rice Is Ready To Serve.
Chicken Fry
Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless- 400g
Onion- 2
Dry Coconut powder- 1 tb spn
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tb spn
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tb spn
Chilli powder- 1 tb spn
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 5
Chicken Stock - 1 cup
Crushed pepper- 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
Salt - To Taste
Oil - As Required
Method:-
Using chicken bones make a chicken stock by adding leftover vegetables, some spices, water and simmer it for 15-20 minutes.
Strain and keep aside
In a pan add oil, chopped onions, dry coconut powder, salt and sauté it till golden brown. Then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, coriander leaves, chilli powder, cumin powder, green chillies, boneless chicken and chicken stock.
Cook it open for 10-12 minutes. Once it becomes a dry curry, add crushed pepper, garam masala, green chillies and toss.
Serve Both Bagara Rice and Chicken Fry along with some Raita

Method:-
