Today I’m gonna share this, Japanese anko, red bean paste
Cooking time: approximately 3-4hours

Adzuki Red bean is super food!
Adzuki Red Bean contains vitamins, minerals, polyphenol, saponin ,dietary fiber and high in protain.
Dietary fiber can improve your digestive system.
Polyphenol and saponin can effect anti-aging.
It’s so good for your health.

《You will need》
200g adzuki red bean
200g sugar

《method》
1. rinse adzuki red bean
2. put adzuki red bean to pan and pour water
3. bring to boil
4. turn the stove off and leave it 20 mins, lid on
5. drain the water
6. pour water to cover adzuki red bean
7. bring to boil
8. simmer with low heat for 90-120 mins or until cooked
9. add water occasionally to keep bean covered by water
10. check adzuki red bean if cooked, smash it with finger
11. turn the stove off and leave it 30mins
12. drain the water
13. add sugar and mix well
14. simmer with high heat for 5mins and keep mixing
15. if liquid is gone, it's done!
16. cool anko(red bean paste) to room temperature, flatten
17. anko(red bean paste)becom thicker when it's cool
