What I learned from a year of not buying clothing | No-buy year 2020

The last time I purchased clothing was October 30, 2019, which means I have not shopped for clothing for 382 days as of the posting of this video. Even though I don't usually buy much clothing (I have 32 items of clothing or "daywear"--stuff that I wear out of the house--for the year), 2020 gave me the opportunity to not shop for clothing at all and I have learned some valuable lessons along the way, including how to stay motivated, the joys of saving a boat load of money, how to maintain a wardrobe and keep it in shape, and alternatives to shopping that actually make me feel better about myself.
