Killer Alimango sa Aligue, SIMPOL!

As its name suggests, this crab dish is said to be deadly delicious because of the amount of cholesterol that crab contains. Just eat with moderation.

Serves 3 to 4.

INGREDIENTS:

Set A:
4 tablespoons butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, minced
2 pieces thumb-sized ginger, minced
½ cup aligue paste
¼ cup oyster sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups coconut cream

Set B:
1.2 kg. medium-sized alimango (crab)
4 pieces red chilies
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper

Set C:
Spring onions or cilantro, for garnish
