Over Shap 1963. Steam and diesel over Shap summit

This 1963 silent film shows various steam and diesel locomotives climbing to Shap summit, on the West Coast Main Line. The tank engines running backwards are bankers, used to push trains up the 1 in 75 gradient, they then run back down the slope and wait for the next train that needs assistance.
There's a few quality issues, including some water damage.

I have identified locos where possible:
Class 40 D325
LMS Black 5 with unknown banker
LMS 'Patriot' class 45526 Morcambe and Heysham
LMS Black 5 45160
Banker - LMS 2-6-4 Fairburn Tank, 42110
LMS 'Royal Scot 46162 "Queen's Westminster Rifleman"
LMS Ivatt 4MT 43029
LMS 'Jubilee' class 45627 "Sierra Leone"
Class 40 D304
BR 'Britannia' class 70002 "Geoffrey Chaucer"
LMS Black 5 45284
