Day 1: Stronger Dips & Push-Up Finisher Workout

Day 1 of the Push, Pull, Squat challenge kicks things off with a tech-tip to make your dips stronger, safer and more effective.

Dip push-up micro workout:
Warm up with 2-3 sets of scapular dips
Perform as many heavy dip sets of 5-6 reps as you can
Finish with as many push-ups in 1 minute as you can.
