What are subliminal affirmations and how do they work?

Subliminal affirmations are positive messages embedded into audio (typically music or nature sounds) using a variety of methods. Because of this embedding, they are not able to be fully heard or picked up by the conscious mind. As a result, the messages bypass the conscious mind and are instead picked up by the subconscious, where they can create a lasting change in beliefs, thought patterns and behaviours. For many people, the subconscious mind is more suggestible than the conscious mind.

Why can't I hear the messages?

The messages are embedded into the music or nature sounds in such a way that they cannot be completely heard or understood consciously. This allows the messages to target the subconscious mind. You may sometimes hear very low talking or whispering in my recordings, but that is absolutely fine and will not effect your results.

How often do I need to listen to get results? Are the results permanent?

It varies depending on the person. Some listeners will experience a change almost immediately, but most will need to listen at least a few times before noticing any improvements. Results can be long lasting or even permanent, but again, this varies per individual, but most people need to listen consistently over time to achieve long lasting results.
