It’s been almost 3 years since I’ve released a video on this channel. I want to tell you why this amp behind me is on this chopping block and why 2024 is the best year to play guitar - not only for you, but for me as well.

Now, you may have seen my work with JamPlay, TrueFire, and Guitar Control. Most notably in the last couple of years I collaborated solely with Guitar Mastery Method.

Long story short - things with GMM didn’t work out and to be perfectly honest, I realized something kind of shitty about myself. Maybe you can relate to this - All these years, I’ve been hiding from what I’ve truly wanted to do in my life.

I’ve always wanted to have my own brand, showcasing my best material, my best music, my best teaching,

But here I was building this brand “Campfire Guitar Star” - a brand I never really connected with, I was playing in bands that were going nowhere, and I was building up other big guitar brands... Not my own.

I’ve been distracting myself and have not been “living the dream”… AT ALL.

Now I’ve found myself back on my own with my newly re-launched personal brand, new website, new membership site and a brand new offering called “The Rip It Up Club”.

So with every new brand, you need a kick ass logo that represents what you’re going for.

Now you know this amp behind me, the iconic Marshall half stack with the script logo from the legendary amp brand, Marshall.

I took the “M” Marshall, flipped it, reversed it into a “W”

Now check out this cutting board - “Ripley” handcrafted by Willard Ripley.

Willard Ripley’s my Dad. This was the logo from his first woodworking company. This is a logo that I’ve seen on cutting boards and furniture that have been around my house since I was a baby.

I mashed the 2 logos together and I now have my brand new logo for my personal brand, Will Ripley Guitar.

I plan on fully embracing the idea of “living the dream” with Will Ripley guitar and supporting you on this next phase of the journey.
