Hello friends! Lately I’ve been reading a lot and thinking a LOT and much of that reading and thinking has centered on the question of happiness and contentment in life. I wish the question of “how to be happy” could be answered in a single YouTube video (mainly cause I’d be making big bucks from making that video), but as with anything, I think there are tiny little habits that can help us toward that goal.
