Unhealthy relationship with your phone? Need to take a break and see other people, just for a little while? I felt the same a couple of weeks ago and decided on a whim to re-organize my phone and was surprised at how effective this was at minimizing distractions.

I wanted to share all of the tips and tricks I’ve discovered - from minimizing my home screen and maximizing my use of the app library, to deleting social media apps and even *gasp* Gmail. I hope this helps you fix your own relationship with your phone, boost your productivity, and get more out of life when you’re not behind a screen.

I didn’t want to call this a “minimalist” phone setup because someone would surely say “heyyyy you have more than X apps, this is NOT a minimalist phone”, BUT I definitely set it up with minimalism in mind, and the idea of choosing intentionality over clicking apps out of boredom. So whether you call this minimalist is up to you :)
