How To Prepare a Michelada | Homemade Chamoy
Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how i like to prepare me a refreshing michelada, i don’t like beer but in a michelada I don’t mind it at all! But best of all I will be sharing how I make my homemade chamoy, Here in AZ I have not found a really good chamoy, every time I go to the store I buy a bottle hoping that it might be it, but go home and get disappointed, so now i make it myself and let me tell you that it is the best! It’s perfect to enjoy with your favorite drinks,chips, snacks and fruits, you can simply never go wrong with this super easy and delicious chamoy! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Ingredients:
For the chamoy you can replace the prunes for your favorite dried fruit such as mangos, pineapples, plums you name it, thats the best part about diy 😉
15 prunes or your choice of dried fruit
1 cup hibiscus/ jamaica
1 cup apricots
2-4 cups water all depends on how thick you want it 😊 remember this is YOURs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Tajín
1 tsp your choice of chile powder
Michelada 🍺 my way, how I enjoy it!
1 modelo
10 drops of jugo Maggie
5 drops Worcestershire sauce
5 drops tabasco or tapatío sauce is best
1/2 lime
1/2 cup clamato juice
Lots of ice
1 serving of love 💕
