Verilog Processor Build Series part 2: Build a Function Unit (ALU and Shifter) our of Verilog!
This second video shows how to upload the code used to make a Function Unit out of Verilog which includes tying together an Arithmetic Logic Unit (ALU) and a Shifter. This video also includes the description of the top module used to test the Function Unit. The code is then uploaded to a Basys2 FPGA board. Follow along as we go.
