Lighting of the Unity Candle by Dr. Valerie Johnson, Chair of the African American Heritage Commission and Sandor Jacobs, Chair of the American Indian Heritage Commission; Musical Selection by State Employees Chair
Secretary Pamela Cashwell, Department of Administration, welcomes guests
