Rare Proof Set– Bhagwan Mahaveer 2550th Nirvan Kalyanak Issued in the year 2024.

This Special Edition Proof Set containing a single ₹100 Silver Coin was issued by the Government of Bharat to commemorate the 2550th Nirvan Kalyanak of Bhagwan Mahaveer Ji.

The coin is struck in a quaternary alloy, weighing 35 grams, comprising 50% silver with the remaining composition of 40% copper, 5% nickel, and 5% zinc.

Diameter of the coin is 44 mm.

Presented in a limited edition premium wooden box, this proof coin is available for sale.
Note:
The 2550th Nirvan Kalyanak was completed in November 2023. However, the Government of India issued this commemorative coin in 2024. Accordingly, the year on the coin bears 2023, reflecting the actual year of completion of the Nirvan Kalyanak celebrations.
