Single Leg Deadlifts 10 X EACH LEG
**REPEAT 3 TIMES TAKING 1-2 MINUTE BREAK IN BETWEEN**
Cable Pull Throughs 3 sets of 12
Cable Kick Backs 3 sets of 12 EACH LEG
TRISET:
Single Leg Hip Thrusts 10 X EACH LEG
Split Squats 10 X EACH LEG
Lunge Step Backs 10 X EACH LEG
