Iliotibial Band Syndrome
Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS) is the most common cause of lateral knee pain. This often occurs due to a biomechanical issue around the hip, or more specifically, the Glute Maximus and Tensor Fasciae Latae muscles. This video runs you through some movements and exercises you can do at home to compliment out treatments and help over the issue and prevent it reoccuring.
