**Grandma's Peachy Italian Breaded Pork Chops**

**Breaded Porkchops Ingredients**
2 large eggs
1/4 cup of milk
1 cup of Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese *grated
1 tablespoon of dried Parsley
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
4 pork chops, bone or boneless
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
**Breaded Pork Chop Preparations**
1. Get all ingredients together.
2. Slightly grease a 13-inch by 9-inch pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
**Instructions For Breading Porkchops**
1. In a medium bowl, combine the 2 large eggs and 1/4 cup of milk. Whisk until blended.
2. In a second bowl, combine 1 cup of bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of dried Parsley, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder. Use a fork to mix well.
3. Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, followed by the bread crumb mixture. Be sure to coat both sides. Place the breaded porkchops on a plate and set them aside. Preheat oven to 325°F. For 15 minutes.
**Glazed Peach Slices Ingredients**
15-ounce can of peach slices in fruit juice
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 cup of light brown sugar
1/4 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of water
**Preparations**
1. Get all ingredients together.
2. Drain the can of peach slices.
**Instructions For Glazed Peach Slices**
1. In a 2-quart saucepan, stir in 1/4 cup of white sugar, 1/4 cup of light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, and 1/2 cup of water. Over medium heat, Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the peach slices to the sugar mixture and bring to a small boil. Remove from the heat. Set aside.
**Creating the Peachy Italian Breaded Pork Chops**
1. Place the 3 breaded pork chops into the greased 13-inch by 9-inch baking pan, slightly overlapping one another.
2. Ladle spoon the glazed sliced peaches all around the breaded porkchops, and cover with foil.
At 325°F. Bake for 50 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and serve!!
