**Grandma's Country Time Gummy Squares**

**Utensils**

Cookie sheet
Sifter
3-quart saucepan
Stirring spoon, for the saucepan
Tablespoon, for stirring unflavored gelatin and cold water
Tablespoon, for stirring Lemonade Mix and water
2-cup glass measuring cup
4 cup plastic measuring cup
Medium bowl
2 Small bowls
2 Droppers, 1 for backup.
(2)126 Mini square cavity Silicone molds

**Ingredients**

1 Cup of cold water
(2)1-ounce box of Knox unflavored gelatin for firmer gummies
1/4 Cup of Country Time Lemonade mix
2 Cups of water
Vegetable oil, for greasing the silicone molds, 4-5 tablespoons.

**Instructions**
1. Wash and dry the silicone molds. Put the molds on a cookie sheet. Using your hands, grease the insides and outsides of the molds with vegetable oil.
2. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of cold water and (2)1-ounce boxes of unflavored gelatin, stir, and set for 5 minutes to bloom.
3. In a 4-cup measuring cup, add 1/4 cup of Country Time Lemonade Mix and 2 cups of water, mix well. Set aside.
4. In a 3-quart saucepan, on medium-low heat, dissolve the gelatin mixture until it is completely dissolved. Stir constantly. Bring to a boil, then remove from the heat. Add the Country Time Lemonade Mixture and mix well.
5. Pour slowly into a large glass measuring cup. Pour the mixture into the cavities to fill the molds. Use a dropper if needed.
6. Refrigerate gummies for 30 minutes or until firm. Spread a thin coat of Country Time lemonade mix over the top and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Before removing them from the molds.
7. Place a strainer into a large glass bowl, and use a sifter to sift excess lemonade mixture from the candy. Allow the candy to sit in the strainer until all candies have been coated and allowed to lose the liquid extracted from the gummies. Store gummy squares in an airtight container. Refrigerate until you want a piece of Gummy square candy.
