Purge plays Brewmaster

Brewmaster isn't the strongest hero in the meta because while he is a decently strong laner and has excellent teamfight, he's a bit limited on itemization and his value as the game goes late becomes weakened from BKB's and his lack of instant initiation.

But if you do have a decent laning stage and transition to getting kills with your ultimate, building aura items is the next obvious choice since it makes your team stronger, whether you use primal split or not.

You can go right click builds to focus on his third skill, but I generally prefer aura and teamfight builds. I usually build items like Vlads, Pipe, with sometimes getting the chance to pick up Aghs scepter in the right circumstances!
