Hot Oil Treatment for Natural Hair

The universe had not been by my side when recording new videos for you guys these past few weeks.. From running out of storage space to accidently recording in slo-mo I experienced it all but despite the many shortcomings, I had super soft hair and here’s how you can too! If you’re looking for soft curls and a moisturized scalp here is a super easy and affordable way to do so - all you need are your favorite oils and a plastic cap 😘

For those of your who are unfamiliar with Hot Oil Treatments they do wonders for your hair including..
• Stimulating blood flow which leads to hair growth
• Preventing dandruff, dry scalp, frizziness
• Adding a natural shine
• Helping retain moisture from water in the hair

Along with being super beneficial to your hair, the process itself is very versatile. You can use ANY type of oil and heating methods. If you prefer coconut oil or grapeseed or both you can mix them as such and if a stovetop is unavailable to you can always use a microwave or coffee pot (if that’s what it comes down to.) No matter your situation, a moisturized and shiny scalp is within reach.
