When Joy Sudip Bhadro left Bangladesh for Singapore in 2001, it was out of desperation. 11 mouths had to be fed and it was up to him to figure out how. Today, hundreds of youths in his hometown of Habiganj, Sylhet, have found jobs in engineering and are sought-after - despite high youth unemployment across the country -- all because of Joy. How did he manage to bring technical education to his backwater hometown?
