Pushing Through Fear - Episode 2 | Signed With Heart Vlog Series
This video is the second episode of the new vlog series on Signed With Heart. In this vlog series, I’m sharing my personal self-improvement journey- Better Self, Better Life is the theme. Here is the link to the first episode if you haven't watched it yet: https://youtu.be/prk3lzLlroY
In this second episode, I opened up and shared that I was struggling with vlogging- it’s something I’ve always wanted to try but I’ve let fear hold me back. I’ve never felt comfortable being in front of the camera even after 4 years teaching sign language on Instagram (@signedwithheart), I’ve always struggled. After publishing the first episode, I was feeling really nervous because I was not sure if I could do well (surprisingly well) again so I put off vlogging until the end of February- I was feeling really stressed out about it that on the first day of vlogging that I filmed way too many retakes- but I pushed through fear and I will continue to push through fear- I will overcome this. I’m committed to making 12 vlogs, one vlog for every month for one year. 2 vlogs down. 10 to go.
Thank you so much for watching!! If you haven’t subscribed yet and you’d like to be notified when I post the next episode, be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss the future episodes. :)
A quick bit about myself- my name is Ashley Clark Fry. I was born deaf to a hearing family. I started teaching sign language on Instagram (@signedwithheart) in 2014. I post on there everyday- come join us and learn a new sign or two a day! :)
