Don’t Wait For Motivation, Just Start - How To Sign Start in American Sign Language ASL

After hitting the record button for the I-don’t-know-how-many-times-but-too-many times, I reminded myself, “It doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful” and this was the last retake… as this was the most relaxed, natural one. I realized the other day that I really need to let go of perfection because it’s only holding me back from moving forward, from posting more videos. So, I’m really trying to push myself to start posting more often. I so appreciate all of your support & encouragement, thanks so much!! 💛

Anyways, I wanted to share… speaking from experience, don’t wait for motivation. If you have a project you’ve been putting off, I want to encourage you to “just start”. If you wait until you feel motivated, you might never start. You just have to push yourself and just start. It’s true what they say, that feelings will follow after actions… that the feeling of motivation comes after taking action. So, just start. One step at a time, one day at a time. 😌
