Hello lovely people, here's my version of KUNG PAO Chicken. This dish is is from the Sichuan Province in China. This spicy chicken dish is a sure winner and it's very easy to make. Enjoy the video and find out how i replace the 2 main ingredients of this dish (which is the chinese rice wine/vinegar & chinese black vinegar). Sichuan peppercorn is one of the components of this dish, but since its not available here in uae, you can just skip it or substitute with normal peppercorn. Thank you and enjoy watching.
