HELLO GUYS! this is my very first health challenge. i think? ANYWAYS for the passed 7 days ive been drinking a gallon of water everyday and let me tell you it has been quite the experience. As we all know, health is 80% your diet and only 20% your fitness so i would like my channel to focus more on that and a gallon of water every day for a week seems like a good place to start 😊 i hope that you all enjoy this video and try this challenge for yourself, you may be shocked by the benefits and results that you see from drinking a gallon of water everyday!
