Learn Explosive Calisthenics | 3 Main Exercises

In this video, West Coast Warrior Gavin Maxwell is going to teach you HOW TO START doing advanced freestyle calisthenics with the 3 main explosive calisthenics exercises. That is going to be push-ups, pull-ups, and muscle-ups. As long as you do sets & reps in the appropriate rep range, these workouts will build your explosive strength 100%. Explosivity is one of the main skills you need to master if you want to be proficient in advanced calisthenics moves like the 360, 540, alley-oop, shrimp flip, 540, ginger, and so on.
