Realistic Recovery // vs. Unicorn Recovery
I recently got worried that by showing myself gaining weight I would be putting people OFF recovery. But then I thought about it and decided it's better to portray a realistic picture of recovery, rather than this "unicorn" recovery (suppressed body weight, restricted diet, having fun and enjoying recovery, seemingly eating and eating but never gaining etc...), which can be pretty tempting to buy into but, let's face it, is total bull shit.
So, in this video, I talk a bit about what a realistic recovery has looked like for me.
