Camaron Rebosado ( Shrimp Tempura ) How to Stretch Shrimp for Frying | Ceres'Kitchen

Camaron Rebosado is the Filipino version of Japanese Shrimp Tempura.
Coat shrimp with breadcrumbs to make it more flavourful & crispier.

INGREDIENTS
600 g Shrimp ( around 16 pieces ), deveined & head removed & deshelled leaving the tail on
1 c Flour
1 c Cornstarch
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 eggs
3 - 4 c Cold Water
Salt & Ground Black Pepper to taste
2 tsp Olive Oil
Oil for deep frying
