ATTENTION GTZ MEMBERS!!! Herb and I have come up with a challenge workout specifically for members. These exercises are very unique so make sure you check it out.
This workout will burn a bunch of fat, specifically improve your posture, and kick your butt.
Our Challenge requires that you complete all sets and exercises with heavy weight within 30-45 minutes.
Winner gets a new “train or remain the same” shirt (same one I’m wearing in the video), a pat on the back, and bragging rights. The workout must be timed by a trainer. Sacrificing form for speed will not fly in this challenge so make sure you complete it correctly.
Perform 3 sets of 10, 20, & 30 reps for each exercise. For the wall sit hold it for 1 minute and still stick to 3 sets. Complete your sets of 10, 20, & 30 reps of one exercise before moving to the next exercise. Take a 45 second break after you complete each set unless you want to be the fastest challenger.
Challenge ends next week on 1/28
