30 MIN PREGNANCY WORKOUT | Second Trimester

PREGNANCY SAFE WORKOUT FOR ALL TRIMESTERS! Low impact exercises to help strengthen the whole body - also suitable as a post natal workout.

I hope you enjoy these exercises mama-to-be! You will need dumbbells if you have them at home, however they are not essential and you can do most of the workout without any equipment.
