FULL BODY PREGNANCY WORKOUT | First Trimester

PREGNANCY-SAFE WORKOUT FOR FIRST TRIMESTER *read below*

I hope you enjoy this workout mama-to-be! You will need dumbbells and a glute band if you have them at home, however they are not essential and you can do most of the workout without any equipment.

You can also do this workout in your second trimester, with adaptations explained throughout, but I will be uploading separate workouts for second and third trimester so it may be best to do these exercises instead if you are at that stage of pregnancy!
