Starting a new week talking about an interesting topic: fast music!
All of us enjoy dancing middle tempo, relaxed tunes, but what happens with fast songs?
First of all, remember that more energy does not necessary mean more stress!
Let's go for the exact opposite feeling: as the tempo increases, try to relax your muscles, drop your body center, and least but not last: BREATH!!!
If you keep your muscles contracted and tensed it will be even harder for you to move, resulting in a feeling of delay and going out of the beat. And we don't want to look like dancing out of te music right?
In order to success, I suggest you to drop a bit the muscle tension, but! what we need to have is a sharp moment between relax and tension. Here is the key !
Another tip is to use the floor, it always helps in dance: stomp, bounce, push from it, you will feel lighter and your muscles more available to react =)
The truth is we just need to train the muscle, the stamina to get used to fast tempo. That with some technique will do the job. . Try out these tips and let me know if they work ! . . 😜
