Inner thigh pain is a common complaint we see in our office. Prolonged sitting and driving are the main culprits leading to “Knots” in the muscles of the inner thigh. Pain, tightness, burning, tingling, and aches are common symptoms and may interfere with activities of daily living. Trigger points may also be present leading to referred pain to other areas of the thigh including the groin and the medial part of the knee.
