Cheese Wonton Miso Soup

Silky smooth wontons with cheese in a miso soup. It is full of flavour and all together is a good matching.

Today I will share with you a Cheese Wonton soup dish.
I love the silky smooth soft texture of wonton in the soup. You can create different fillings instead of cheese such as pork chicken and prawns.
This Wonton soup is so easy to make.

Tips
You will have a lot of Wonton sheets left over. It's hard to finish. With the left over Wonton sheets fold each wonton sheet over corner to corner without cheese and lay them on a baking tray without touching each other and put them in the freezer. After you freeze them place them in a plastic bag and keep them in the freezer.
Add the frozen wontons into boiling water and put them into a soup when you make this wonton soup. .
Taste the soup and adjust the amount of miso as we use different types of miso paste.
Boil the soup then add the wontons into the soup.
You can put just the wonton sheets without the cheese, it's still yummy. 😋

Ingredients
7~10 wonton sheets
7 cups Water
7Tbsp Miso
1/4tsp Sugar
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1tsp Sesame oil
Some Spring onion
Some mozzarella cheese
