Relieve neck and shoulder tension using this trigger point release technique. In this video, I show you how to release your pecs, traps, lats and rhomboids using a lacrosse ball and a wall corner. This self massage technique will help improve neck and shoulder mobility. Watch this video if you want to learn how to use trigger point release to get rid of stiff neck and stiff shoulders, how to self massage neck and shoulders, improve neck range of motion, shoulder mobility, This self treatment for shoulder pain and neck pain is effective. If you don't have a lacrosse ball, you can also use a tennis ball. Use this sequence whenever your shoulders feel stiff.
