After debuting the BaseBench from BaseBlocks in a recent video and getting some questions about it, I decided it was about time for my official BaseBench Review video (especially because it officially launches soon!). This is everything you want to know about the BaseBench: how it assembles, how it stores, how durable it is, and most importantly, how to USE it.

This is honestly the first piece of lower body calisthenics equipment I’ve seen, or at least that I remember coming across. I mean, how often do you see equipment designed for lower body calisthenics exercises? Almost all bodyweight exercise equipment out there is for upper body, so I’m quite impressed with BaseBench due to creativity alone. I mean, finally, there's a way to train nordic curls at home.
