Abs are my favourite body part to train, so I love coming up with new ab exercises that can really spice up your training and keep things exciting. This is an equipment free workout AND it’s also nice and quick, which means you can do it as an ‘on-the-run’ sweat or at the end of your regular workout as a quick finisher.
