Autonomous Regions in German-Occupied Russia (1941-1944) – Russian Collaboration in WWII

Russian collaboration in World War II also happened on a political level. The Lokot Autonomy (or Lokot Autonomous Region) was under control by Konstantin Voskoboynik and later Bronislav Kaminski (leader of the Kaminsky Brigade or the SS “RONA”). There was also the Zuev Autonomous Region (known as the Republic of Old Believers) led by Mikhail Zuev. And the Russian National-Labor Allience of the New Generation (NTSNP) in Smolensk. These are interesting examples of Soviet collaboration in the Second World War. In this video: Russian collaborators in WW2.
