The Eastern Legions consisted of Soviet POW's that lived in Central and Eastern Russia during the Second World War. These were “Hitler's Asians” who fought in the Turkestan Legion, Volga-Tatar Legion as well as the Crimean and Kalmyk Units. These men helped Germany with their conquest of the Soviet Union. How did these units perform? What uniforms did they wear? The 'Ostlegionen' will be discussed in this episode!
