花旗參蘋果紅蘿蔔素湯

材料:
花旗參20克
美國華盛頓紅蘋果2個
紅蘿蔔一個
蓮子20克
百合20克
無花果3粒
保溫杯一個

處理:
1. 煲滾適量清水。
2. 花旗參,清水浸一分鐘,清水洗乾淨,放保溫杯內,加入大滾水,蓋好,焗8小時或以上,取出花旗參,保留杯中水分。
2. 蓮子及百合,清水浸2分鐘。
3. 無花果,一開二。
4. 蘋果,洗乾淨,一開四,去芯。
5. 紅蘿蔔,洗乾淨,去皮,切細舊。
6. 無花果,清水洗乾淨。
7. 花旗參,切細片。
8. 洗乾淨煲。

烹調:
1. 紅蘿蔔、蘋果,及無花果,放煲內。
2. 蓮子及百合,洗乾淨,放煲內。
3. 在煲內加入清水至4升容量,同時加入花旗參的水分。
4. 湯,大火滾起,轉中慢火,煲20分鐘。
5. 湯,加入花旗參,冚蓋,煲10分鐘。
6. 湯已煲好,熄火,焗10分鐘。
7. 完成,可享用。

American ginseng vegetarian soup with carrot and apples

Ingredients:
American ginseng 20g
US Washington red apples 2 Nos.
Carrot 1 No.
Lotus seeds 20g
Dried lilly 20g
Dried figs 3 Nos.
Vacuum mug 1 No.

Preparation:
1. Heat up appropriate amount of water.
2. The ginseng, soak in tap water for a minute. Rinse with tap water. Put in the mug. Add in boiled-up water. Cover it up properly and leave it for 8 hours or more. Take out the ginseng and retain the water in the mug.
2. Lotus seeds and dried lilly, soak in tap water for 2 minutes.
3. The figs, divide each into 2 shares.
4. The apples, rinse with tap water. Divide each into 4 shares. Remove cores.
5. Carrot, rinse with tap water. Get it peeled and cut in small pieces.
6. Figs, rinse with tap water.
7. The ginseng, thinly slice.
8. Rinse a pot.

Steps:
1. Carrot, apples, and figs, put in the pot.
2. Lotus seeds and lilly, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot.
3. Add in water in the pot up to volume of 4L. Add in the ginseng syrup at the same time.
4. The soup, heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for 20 minutes.
5. The soup, add in the ginseng. Cover up the pot and boil for 10 minutes.
6. The soup has been boiled well, turn off fire and leave it for 10 minutes.
7. Complete. Serve.
