How to inflatable bubble balloons by Manual air pump balloon inflator ?

when first time I suggest use electric balloon inflator to Inflate the bubble balloon . but consider it`s not convenience for first use, we decided change the bubble material .
and now you can see can be inflated directly with the inflatable tube.
