How to assemble balloon garland ?
Step 1 Inflate all balloons , my person suggestion is use electric pump to free you hand ,it will help you save a lot of time

Step 2 Put the balloon tail into tape hole, 10" Balloons first, (because the quantity is most） 12" balloons second . the 18" balloon at last set into.

Step 3 Found a place to hanging balloon garland. if you need hanging on the wall like how we do it on the pictures ,you need found somewhere smooth to paste hook.

If you need hanging outside ,you need use other string to fix it.

Step 4 Filling extra balloons . Such as 5" eye balloons ,i didn`t use glud dot to paste,i use same way to filling on the spacing of garland, The last, use glue dot paste foil balloons.
