Step 1: found light string head first
Step 2:Wrap head light line on balloons mouth
Step 3:Found balloon seam and take a circle alone the seam and fixed on the balloon mouth
Step 4: Cross direction ,pls repeat step 3.
Step 5:Fixed it.
Not: Led light suitable AA battery 3pcs for each light
Helium-filled LED light string bubble balloon is not suitable for children under 8 . Light string may be wrapped around the neck, there is a danger of suffocation.
