One month of NoFap - Day 31 Hard-mode (ish) - Benefits, Pitfalls

I'm still going strong with nofap, despite a few cheeky porn glances over the last month (I know, it's kind of cheating, and I kind of failed, and this WILL set me back - but I'm keeping the counter going because the most important thing for me is not touching the Jimmy Jangler).

Many benefits to report. Some interesting insights. Definitely worth it.
