For these easy to make homemade buttermilk biscuits, you don't need a rolling pin or biscuit cutter. We make the biscuits right out of the bowl! This is exactly how my grandma taught me to make these quick and tasty southern biscuits! We make our biscuits in a cast iron skillet or griddle and we will show you exactly how.
These homemade buttermilk biscuits rise up light and fluffy. You do not require baking powder so don't have to worry about aluminum in baking powder. You can also butter these buttermilk biscuits while they're hot!
