STOP making your bulged disc WORSE and START doing some simple things that will make your lower back feel better! Fix your lower back bulged disc the right way by following these simple tips!
For most people with a bulged disc in their lower back, SITTING is one of the WORST things that you can do! Sitting for long periods of time puts more pressure on the front of our discs causing them to bulge even MORE in the posterior direction (where the nerves in our backs are). NOT good. What you want to do is minimize this anterior pressure with regular standing rest breaks, better support from your chair, and better posture.
