Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo (2 servings)
1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil / 2 tbsp butter
120g dry fettuccine pasta (Cook in salted boiling water until al dente)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
150g chicken breast
200ml cooking cream\heavy cream
30g parmesan cheese
Season with: salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
