Figure Note:
Stop-Motion Transformation of ToysEasy Hobby Terepa JS-04 Blaze Envoy. Not terribly complicated but a fantastic result! The ship is based on the WWII Japanese battleship Yamato. You can leave the extra canons out for ship mode, but I chose to keep the ship accurate to the actual battleship. Be sure to compress those hip armatures or you will have a difficult time getting the thing to stitch together.

Production Note:
I was planning to do a waist rotation on the turnaround, but the extra weight of the flame effect on his sword meant that I had to prop his hand against the pommel of his wakizashi sword.

Viewing Note:
If you want to follow along, I recommend skipping to the speed run and using your , and . keyboard keys to advance by single frames. Every step of the transformation is documented in the frames of the video, in what I consider to be the best sequence. With minimal rubbing and minimal parts-parking.
