Un torta di mele davvero deliziosa e nessuno vuole credere che non c'è zucchero e non ci sono grassi, certo il titolo è provocatorio ma diversi studi hanno stabilito che le mele sono tra quegli alimenti che stimolano il metabolismo inoltre una torta così buona e leggera non l'avevo mai mangiata!

2 uova
250 yogurt naturale
18 g lievito per dolci
1 limone grattugiato
