Qi Gong - Lesson #4

Qi Gong helps us feel relaxed yet energized. Remember to practice these movements several times in a row to achieve maximum benefit. Slow and deepen your breath and movements with each repetition. In this episode we focus on the last two Qi Gong patterns of the series: "Wide Eyes to Amass Power," designed to open the Ren meridian or Conception vessel, and "Shake Illness from Body," also known as “Clicking Heels to Cure a Thousand Diseases.” This one specifically targets the Du or Governing vessel that runs along the spine up to the top of the skull and beyond.
